Jamie, is a fine art photographer based on Gubbi Gubbi country on The Sunshine Coast, Qld. She possesses an insatiable curiosity that drives her exploration of suburban life, nostalgia, and the essence of belonging. In her photographic practice, Jamie creates surreal and awkward observations, documenting the artifacts of human existence and the inherent beauty hidden within mundane objects.
In 2022, Jamie celebrated a significant milestone in her artistic journey with her first solo exhibition titled 'Artifacts' at Archive Art Space in Toormina, NSW.
Building on this achievement, Jamie has been recently invited to join the prestigious creative business incubator known as The Refinery delivered by The Sunshine Coast Creative Alliance.
